Before I tell you how great the tumbler is I have to mention how terrific the customer service is. They were very accommodating and friendly to talk to. Good service isn't as prevalent as it used to be. A big thank you Ranchy staff. The thermal tumbler is a hit. I bought it as a gift and they love it. Keeps cold bevies ice cold and fits perfectly in the car cup holder. Not to mention, it looks awesome. It has enough weight that you know its a good quality.
