RANCHY TEAM PROGRAMS

BRAND AMBASSADOR AND SPONSORED RIDER PROGRAMS 

The Ranchy Equestrian Inc Brand Ambassador and Sponsored Rider programs have been developed to support individuals who embody the characteristics of Ranchy; grit, determination, and perseverance.  The programs provide an exclusive opportunity for selected representatives to receive a compensation for positively promoting the Ranchy brand. 

Contract are initiated in March and expire on December 31st each year. Contracts do not automatically renew. 

We will share your accomplishments. We want to see each of our team members make a name for themselves just as much as we want to grow as a brand. We will do everything we can to help get your name out there with all of our followers on social media and in the rodeo world to support you in your dreams.

ALUMNI PROGRAM

The Ranchy Equestrian Inc Brand Alumni program is designed for those people who have completed 3 consecutive years as a Brand Ambassador or Sponsored Rider. Alumni members will receive discounts on personal purchases, open invitation to all photoshoots held by Ranchy and the wholesale referral bonus.

COMMITMENT + OBLIGATIONS 

Some of the programs expectations for each Brand Ambassadors and Sponsored Riders are; 

  • Post images/videos/reels on social media wearing Ranchy apparel 
  • Wear Ranchy apparel at shows and events 
  • Provide support at events/booths (when possible) 
  • Participate in photo shoots (when possible) 
  • Post Ranchy signage on trucks, trailers, deckles at events 
  • Demonstration loyalty and respect to the Ranchy brand

ELIGIBLITY + RESTRICTIONS 

We are okay with our athletes representing other sponsors however we insist that it is not with a direct competitor of The Ranchy Equestrian Inc (ie: not another apparel company, etc). Failure to disclose this prior to signing contracts could lead to termination of the contract with Ranchy.

APPLICATION + EVALUATION + CONSIDERATIONS 

When completing the application, the more information you give us the better chance you have at securing one of the available positions. Name ALL of your planned association participation, long haul exposure trips, store front connections and anything else that you feel makes you a valued team member! Sell yourself!  

 We typically open the application process in January each year. Applications will ONLY be considered if completed after submitting both the online application and the email video submission. 

 All applications are independently reviewed, evaluated and voted on by our Board Members.  The competitive application process is 3 phase process.

HELPFUL TIPS 

We want our team members to succeed! We want team members to make a name for themselves. We want to help you grow as an athlete. 

 We want to grow as a brand and we believe in team work! We are looking for athletes who are passionate about the brand and sharing on social media. We expect our athletes to help promote Ranchy in a positive and community focused way by: 

  1. Rocking the brand! .. Word of mouth goes a long way.. Word of mouth with a physical presence is even better! While at events, as expect that you wear Ranchy attire and/or patches whenever possible. 
  2. Participate in prearranged photo shoots.  These images will be used on our website, promotional material and social media accounts. 
  3. Represent our brand with respect and good character inside and outside the arena!  Competition is important. Confidence is needed. But KINDNESS is a must.  
  4. Be active on social media!  **Hint** The more prevalent you are across multiple social media platforms- the better!  
  5. Keep the brand visible while on the road! At rodeo/shows/events/home farms and on truck/trailer/show shirt/signage/etc 
  6. Communicate. Communicate. Communicate.  
  7. We expect loyalty and respect of the Ranchy brand at all times.  
  8. Bring in sales and direct business to The Ranchy Equestrian Inc. Talk about us to your friends, store front opportunities, and rodeo associations and help promote and represent Ranchy.  No one can show the world the true nature and value of the brand better than you!
