Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us via email (howdy@ranchy.ca where the return address will be provided) and mail is your item. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR ITEM NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE.
TO COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN FOR IN STORE CREDIT
- Email us at howdy@ranchy.ca explaining the reason for the exchange request, and receive our mailing address. Please also state if you would like an exchange or in-store credit.
- Pay the return shipping fee that will be emailed to you should you have chosen an exchange.
- If you have chosen in-store credit, a code with the purchase value will be sent to you within 5 business days.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE
- Last Call items (aka Clearance, Clearout, Closeout, Discontinued) are final sale.
- Any custom or personalized items are final sale.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES/IN STORE CREDITS
We do not offer cash/card refunds. All returned items will be granted by in-store credit or exchange with in stock items.
